Culinary Arts is a for-credit, out-of-the timetable course that will help you develop skills, organizational strategies and knowledge in the field of culinary arts. We will focus on food safety, learning various cooking techniques as well as learning about food preservation practices, meal planning and preparation. This course is designed to give you hands-on experience planning, preparing and serving food.
